PAYMENT POLICY

AT THE BRANCH:

        1. We take cash payment at the shop.

        2. We have speed points available for swiping debit cards

       3. We have introduced a payment link as an alternative method to EFT, you may request the link via our WhatsApp number (0682753861)

Any payment requests made through any other contact number will not be held liable for any forfeited Pawn loans resulting from delayed payment requests.

All link payment requests are to be done 1 day prior (during trading hours).

The Pawnshop will not be liable for any delayed payments that result in the loan being forfeited.

ONLINE:

Teboho Pawn offers a variety of payment options, including:
  • Credit and debit cards: You can use Visa, Mastercard, Investec, or Diners credit, cheque, or debit card. You can save your card details for future orders.
  • Direct bank deposit or electronic funds transfer: Payment must be made within five days of placing your order.
If your payment fails or is declined, you will receive an email notification. You can settle the outstanding payment by going to My Account > Pay Now from the notification banner.
